

Ward Manager
An amazing Job opportunity has just opened for a committed Ward Manager to work with one of UK's Leading Healthcare Providers. We are looking for a passionate and caring individual with a proven ability to lead, motivate and mentor a team within a highly reputable service based in Hampshire.
About the service
This well established mental health hospital provides rehabilitation service for males and females with learning disabilities and autistic spectrum disorders (ASDs). Our client encourages patients with learning disabilities and ASDs to achieve their potential of safe living in the least restrictive environment.
As a ward manager, your duties will include:
· Shifting/resourcing management in capacity of Senior Nurse on call
· Effective strategic resource management
· Leadership decisions within the context of Ward Manager
· Ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
· Ward Budget Management
· Advisory role to nursing staff
About you:
In order to be applicable for the Registered Nurse’s role you will need to be a hard working and confident individual.
You must have the following skills and knowledge as they are beneficial for this role:
· Must be qualified as one of the following: RMN/RMNH/RNLD
· Experience within a forensic setting within a leadership/management capacity.
· Relevant sufficient post registration experience.
· Relevant experience in a similar environment.
· Proven track record of leadership and management skills.
The ward manager position is full time for 37.5 hours per week and the successful nurse will receive an excellent annual salary of £40,000.00 PA plus generous benefits in return of all their hard work and commitment. Benefits include:
