

Nurse
An amazing Job has just opened for a motivated and a talented RGN, RMN or RNLD nurse to work with one of the UK’s leading health care company. We are looking for a passionate and caring individual with a proven ability to lead, motivate and mentor a team within a highly reputable service based in Hartlepool.
As one of the leading care homes in Hartlepool, the special care team provides residential care for those who need help with daily tasks, nursing care for people who have complex medical needs, palliative care and dementia care. They also provide respite care to give family or friends a well-earned break.
As a Nurse your day to day duties include;
· Ensuring all elements of resident experience are positive, from admission to discharge.
· Ensuring the highest possible standards of care.
· Assessing residents' needs and wishes.
· Developing services to enhance their quality of life.
· Building the positive reputation of the Business.
· Liaise professionally with visitors and other external stakeholders
· Participate knowledgably and professionally to all inspection visits, ensuring your team is ready at all times to do the same.
· Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines.
· Identify, investigate and resolve risks proactively.
· Act as a reflective and developmental practitioner by participating to continual professional development and meeting the requirements of professional revalidation.
An ideal nurse must have these skills/qualifications as they are beneficial to this position:
- The ability to lead a team, analyse problems and propose solutions or improvements
- Able to communicate effectively and to develop professional relationships
- Understands and effectively uses IT and communication systems required for the role
- Respectful of the values, views and needs of others
- Able to work under pressure and prioritise workload
- Experience ideally within a nursing home environment
- Passion for nursing and delivering high quality care
- Valid NMC pin number
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to show a can-do attitude always
