Senior Staff Nurse

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Registered Nurse with experience is required to join a pristine Care Home which is located in Hatfield.

The large bedded home specialises in residential and nursing care for the elderly that may be living with dementia, physical disabilities or sensory impairment. They offer palliative, respite and physiotherapy care within the homely environment and landscaped gardens.

If you are successful for this role you will receive a competitive salary of £31,455 per annum with great additional benefits which includes 33 days annual leave and ongoing support and training.

As a Senior Nurse, you will be managing the care staff, where you will together be delivering high quality nursing care. You will be leading by example for good clinical and care governance practice and will ensure the team is fully up to date with best practice guidelines. You will be expected to ensure that clear and accurate records and communication systems relating to care are maintained and effectively used.

For this role you must have good management skills to support the staff and are able to ensure that person centred is delivered. You’ll also be able to provide good end of life care for residents with mental health needs within the unit.

To be considered for this role you must be a qualified Registered Nurse with a current NMC registration and have experience within a similar setting.
