Location: East Sussex
Salary: £32,500 rising to £35,000 on successful completion of probationary

Our client is a 30 bedded mixed hospital offering specialist complex care for people with enduring mental health and physical needs.

We are looking for an experienced RMN to join our MDT team.  The successful candidate will need excellent interpersonal skills, be flexible and self motivated to work in this unique and sometimes challenging environment.

Key Accountabilities

• Manage and undertake direct personal care of patients, having participated fully in the assessment, planning and evaluation of care needs. This will be completed within the relevant legal framework and always to the highest standards.

• Manage patient care plans, risk assessments and relevant CPA documentation ensuring information is communicated both verbally and in writing within the clinical team.

• Organise and prioritise own work load within established procedures, support and supervise new or junior staff.
