An amazing job opportunity has arisen for a committed Clinical Lead to join an exceptional care home based in the Henley-on-Thames. As a Clinical Lead you will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers.

This special care home is a purpose-built nursing home offering 55 spacious en-suite rooms with personal showers, a wide range of facilities and 24-hour expert care.

As a Clinical Lead your day to day duties include:

·        Assessment of residents’ needs, production and implementation of Care plans and accurate

documentation on residents’ records.

·         The organisation of the Home and attitude of the staff should reflect the need for residents to achieve and maintain maximum independence.

·         The post holder will be expected to maintain a quiet and calm atmosphere by encouragement and example whilst caring for the residents.

·         Helping unqualified staff with in-service training and to keep abreast of current post-registration training.

·         There will be some supernumerary time as the CL will be responsible for agreed delegated duties e.g. Auditing, Pre-Assessments of potential future residents, rota management, training etc.

An ideal Clinical Lead must have these skills as they are beneficial for this position:

·         Evidence of Clinical Skills & update Training

·         Previous care experience with elderly care in care home setting.

·         An ability to implement the company’s working practices.

·         Solid understanding of Care Quality Commission (CQC) requirement.

·         Excellent Communication Skills

The successful Clinical Lead will receive an excellent salary of £18.65 per hour and the annual salary for this position is £40,731.60. This exciting position is a Full Time role for 42 hours a week on Day Shifts. However, there may be Night work occasionally to cover holiday/sickness.
