An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Nurse Deputy Home Manager to work in an exceptional nursing home based in the Herefordshire. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

The home provides residents with the highest standards of care, comfort and support, within a safe and homely environment. The friendly and experienced staffs ensure the social, physical and emotional needs of the resident are met through a person-centred approach to nursing care

**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin**As the Deputy Manager your key responsibilities include:

·        Lead and inspire the team to deliver special experiences to residents, which promote choice and independence to make a positive difference to their lives

·        Achieve the highest possible standards of care and enhance the resident experience, ensuring that all company policies, regulations, Codes of Conduct and care plans are adhered to

·        Work with the Home Manager to implement care home policies around standards care, staff welfare and training and develop an excellent reputation

·        Develop personal contact with residents, their relatives and visitors to enhance the residents quality of life

·        Deputise in the overall management of the care home including production of reports, budgets & Quality of Life monitoring

·        Take responsibility for the health, safety and welfare of yourself and others, including colleagues, residents and visitor to the Home and alerting the officers responsible to any hazards or potential risks to health and safety

·        Ensure you are the team attend training days and courses to ensure learning records are maintained and individuals are developed

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

·        Caring & compassionate with an excellent clinical track record

·        Passionate about delivering outstanding care to older people

·        Excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills

·        Quality driven with a desire to continually improve yourself and our services

The successful Deputy Manager will receive an excellent salary of £21.60 per hour and the annual salary is £44,928 per annum. This exciting position is a Full Time role working 40 hours a week working through Day Shifts. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
