We are currently seeking a RGN or RMN Home Manager to work with one of the UK’s leading care company. As an experienced RGN or RMN home manager you will take pride in providing the highest standards of care to all residents and treat all staff with the dignity they deserve. We are a welcoming and friendly organisation, and are in need for an exceptional candidate to take on the Role as the Manager.

The salary for this position is up to £40,000 per annum this is a great opportunity for registered RGN or RMN nurses who are looking for a rewarding role as a registered home manager. The pristine home is highly reputed within the Herefordshire area.

In order to be considered for this role you must have the following skills:

·         Excellent management skills

·         Ability to work under pressure

·         Able to multi task

·         Able to carry out managerial tasks efficiently

·         Leadership

You must be qualified as a RGN or RMN and have at least have 2  years of managing home experience
