

Support Worker
An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Support Worker to work in an exceptional care service based in the Hinckley, Leicestershire area. You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers
This is a registered care service providing care and support for adults with a learning disability
As a Support Worker your key duties include:
· Be an essential part of the team, promoting the well-being and providing the highest quality of care to residents
· Assist with daily tasks, inclusive of all personal care assistance from supporting with personal hygiene, through to days out and companionship
· Encourage independence, well-being and supporting vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activities
· Ensure accurate record keeping at all times
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
· Commitment to delivering high quality care
· Excellent organisational and communication skills
· Flexibility and strong “can do” attitude
· Have a genuine desire to care for others
· A good team player
· In a remote location so a Driving Licence is desirable, however transport can be provided
The successful Support Worker will receive an excellent salary of £9.60 per hour and the annual salary is £17,472 per annum. This exciting role is a Full Time role for 35 hours a week. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
