A Night Clinical Manager is required to join a highly respectable Healthcare Company within their Nursing Home that is based in Hyde, Manchester.

The beautifully landscaped home specialises in providing high quality care for people living with dementia, learning disabilities, mental health conditions or physical disabilities. They provide a range of care and treatments such as nursing, residential and dementia care.

If you are successful for this role you will receive a competitive salary of £14.28 per hour with great additional benefits.

As a Clinical Night Manager you will be expected to oversee the staff team to ensure the highest standards of care is delivered to the residents in the absence of the Home Manager

We are seeking someone that is a qualified Registered Nurse with a current NMC registration. You must also have previous experience within a managerial position with good knowledge of national standards and person centred care planning. You will have great communication skills as well as leadership qualities.

You will be taking responsibility for leading the staff team and taking on an active leadership role, being a visible leader within the service. Developing and motivating the staff team, you will ensure the residents needs and wishes are being met. You’ll ensure the right prescribed medication is being administered and prepare incidents reports when required. As well as maintain the budget of the home and seek to identify opportunities to increase profitability. Ultimately you will ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements to strive to achieve the best possible car rating and other external recognition of quality.

To be considered for this role you must be a qualified Registered Nurse with a current NMC pin and previous experience within a managerial role.
