An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Head of Domiciliary Care based in the Diss, Norfolk area to demonstrate a track record of growing a domiciliary care business and driving standards to achieve a CQC overall rating of Outstanding. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

This is an independent, family-run organisation dedicated to providing quality person-centred care to people living in their own homes and residential homes

An ideal Head of Domiciliary Care must have these skills and experiences as they are beneficial for this position:

·         Care Sector/Domiciliary Management with proven track record Essential

·         Previous experience as a CQC registered manager within domiciliary care is Essential

·         Proven track record of setting up/growing a domiciliary care business Essential

·         Ability to work outside the usual 9-5 hours

·         Clean Driving License

The successful Head of Domiciliary Care will receive an excellent salary from £35,000 up to £40,000 per annum. This exciting position is a Full Time role for 42.5 hours a week working from 9am up to 5.30pm. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
