New opening for a experienced Clinical Team Leader to work a leading Healthcare Providers within a Rehabilitation Centre located in Middlesex.

The Centre specialises in providing specialised care within a locked rehabilitation environment for women stepping down from more secure care facilities. They offer treatments for patients with complex illnesses such as personality or eating disorders.

As a Clinical Team Leader, you will be expected to be committed and driven to provide the highest quality of care that can be provided for the patients. You will need excellent interpersonal skills as you will be working within a multidisciplinary team and liaising with a wide variety of people. You will need experience in older adult’s mental health and have excellent communication skills along with an understanding of the relevant national policies and frameworks and the Mental Health Act.

Having knowledge of and interest in, the mentoring of students and the supervision and appraisal processes is also desirable. To be considered for this role you must be a qualified Registered Nurse with experience with experience in older adult mental health setting.
