An excellent job has just opened up for a Registered Clinical lead Nurse to work with one of the UK;'s leading healthcare provider. As a clinical lead nurse you will be working in highly reputable service within the Kidderminster area help leading the team alongside the Home manager and Deputy Home Manager.

This home is a medium sized home which requires a dynamic, caring and hard working clinical lead to ensure it reaches its potential. The home caters to 80% Nursing patients and 20% residents.

Your day to day duties include:

 

·         Assessment of residents’ needs, production and implementation of Care plans and accurate documentation on residents’ records.

·         The organisation of the Home and attitude of the staff should reflect the need for residents to achieve and maintain maximum independence.

·         The post holder will be expected to maintain a quiet and calm atmosphere by encouragement and example whilst caring for the residents.

·         Helping unqualified staff with in-service training and to keep abreast of current post-registration training.

·         There will be some supernumerary time as the CL will be responsible for agreed delegated duties e.g. Auditing, Pre Assessments of potential future residents, rota management, training etc.

The successful nurse will receive an excellent salary of £17.65 per hour and the annual salary for this position is £35,794.20. 10 hours supernumerary and 30 hrs on the floor.
