My client is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join their ambitious, high-growth team someone who’s not just experienced, but driven to become the best in the industry. The Role
This is a senior-level opportunity for someone who can:
• Liaising with our world-class customers through emails, messaging, phone & providing accurate information & support
• Resolve customer complaints or concerns efficiently & professionally
• Maintain customer satisfaction to our world-class Trust Pilot rating
• Building long term relationships with new & existing customers
• Perform data entry to maintain customer service delivery times
• Tracking & resolving issues with our courier

This is a full time role based on site and your starting package will be between £40 - 45k with Company events, Company pension, Employee discount, Free On-site parking plus many others.
