Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead

A great position has arisen for a Nurse qualified Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead to join a reputable Nursing Home located in Kidderminster.

The medium sized home specialises in palliative and dementia care for service users that are living with dementia and physical disabilities.

If you are successful, you will receive a competitive salary of £17.00 to £18.00 per hour with great additional benefits.

The ideal candidate would be positive, supportive, and motivational and have a caring manner which will be followed by your team. You will need good clinical, leadership and people skills, and be able to lead a team. You’ll be driven by the desire to improve and develop your own skills and those around you. As a Deputy Manager you will have a keen eye for detail, always act with integrity and be driven by the principles of fairness.

Skills & Experience

Our client is looking for someone with the following skills:

·         Experience within a deputy or more senior position

·         Good clinical skills

·         Good with nursing

·         Dementia awareness

To be considered for this role you must be a Registered RGN or RMN Nurse with good clinical skills
