An amazing job opportunity has arisen for a committed Senior Practitioner to join an exceptional hospital service based in the Kilbirnie area. As a Senior Practitioner you will be working with one of UK's leading health care providers.

This company provides a unique community-based, living and learning environment in support of some of the most vulnerable children and young people in the country. The team assists young people aged 8 to 18 years to be fully included within the local community and ensures they have the capacity to prosper beyond the company's in the wider post-school world.

As a Senior Practitioner your day to day duties include:

·         The Senior Practitioner is required to demonstrate and evidence the Personal and Organisational Capabilities within the Management structure of Priory Education and Childrens Services in Scotland

·         Ensure that the staff employed within the service uphold in their practice and values the 5 principles of the Health and Social care Standard for Scotland

·         Lead and manage both employees and resources to ensure the Services culture and ethos is maintained and developed.

·         Continuously improve the quality of experiences and outcomes for you children and young people by supporting the staff who are delivering the service to be the best that they can be

·         In the absence of the Registered Manager is responsible for the safe management of both employees and resources to ensure high standards of service are achieved within the provision

The successful Senior Practitioner will be offered an excellent annual salary of £27,500-£31,500. This exciting position is for 40 hours a week on full time. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
