An excellent job has arisen for a Deputy Manager to work with one of UK's leading health care home providers. As Manager you will work in a care home based in the Glasgow area.

The special Care team provides round-the-clock nursing care for people who are living with dementia. At our home we have a beautiful redeveloped garden, which our residents love to explore and enjoy, they particularly like to relax outside on our patio area.

An ideal Manager must have these skills and knowledge as they are beneficial for this role:

•Be forward thinking and up to date with current practices and have a desire to maintain excellent clinical and industry knowledge.

•Strong leadership and management qualities are essential and previous experience as a deputy home manager would be desirable.

•Deputy Managers are critical to the continued success of the business, working across all aspects of care; the role gives a great opportunity to take managerial and leadership responsibilities whilst continuing to deliver clinical care.
