An amazing job opportunity has just opened up for a motivated Nurse to become a Clinical Lead Nurse. As a Clinical Lead you will be working in the care home which is located in the Chorley, Lancashire area.

All nurses are highly trained and are expected to provide high quality 24-hour care to meet a wide range of needs. The home has separate units for residential care and for more complex nursing needs.

An ideal candidate must have these skills and knowledge as they are beneficial for this role:

·         Experience of leading a team

·         Nursing experience

·         Able to write care plans

·         EMI Experience

·         Dementia awareness

·         Able to show empathy and warmth

·         Able to show a can-do attitude always

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £14.50 per hour and the annual salary for this position is £33,176. We currently have a vacancy for day shifts available. The benefits of this position are the following:
