Senior Service Desk Analyst
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic Senior Digital Service Desk Analyst to join our SABP Digital Team at Surrey & Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.
We are looking for:
An experienced, technically capable and enthusiastic team player. You will have the ability to:
· work in a demanding ITIL environment which requires multitasking and self-time management
· grasp technical understanding of the role and support you will be providing to our customers.
· as the service desk technical lead, you will create knowledge base articles and mentor junior team members.
· work closely with other technical leads to identify issues and resolutions.
· communicate effectively both verbally and written, over the phone and face to face with customers and colleagues.
· confidently bring forward ideas to enhance and improve customer satisfaction.
As part of DTD we will provide you:
· one to one training on our Service Desk System
· in-house training to fill any knowledge gaps
· an environment where you can contribute and grow
· regular supervision and direction in your development
