If that sounds like you, keep reading.We’re working with a friendly, well-led secondary school in Leeds that’s looking for a passionate Geography Teacher to join their team. This is a humanities department where ideas are shared, curiosity is encouraged and lessons are designed to spark meaningful conversations about the world beyond the classroom.What you’ll be doing
Delivering engaging Geography lessons that bring physical and human geography to life
Inspiring students to think critically about global issues, environments and communities
Planning creative, inclusive lessons that meet the needs of all learners
Working collaboratively within a supportive humanities department
Contributing to a positive school culture where students feel motivated and valued
What we’re looking for
A qualified Geography Teacher (QTS or equivalent)
Strong subject knowledge and genuine enthusiasm for Geography
A confident, calm classroom presence with a warm approach
Someone who enjoys building relationships and making learning meaningful
ECTs and experienced teachers are both very welcome

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
