The prestigious service is new locked rehabilitation recovery service for patients requiring an integrated treatment approach, focusing on active rehabilitation in order to progress into future community placements.

The successful candidate will be offered a salary of £21,918 - £33,657 per annum plus other great benefits.

As a staff nurse you will work within the multi-disciplinary team to deliver the treatment programme using a recovery focused approach to assist each woman in the development of the skills necessary for reintegration or move into the community. You will have an identified career development pathway.

Qualifications/Experience

To be successful an RMN, you’ll need

 Skills & Experience

• An understanding of care planning processes and experience of writing care plans
• Experience of working with service users with various mental health needs.
• Good communication skills both written and verbal
• The ability to contribute to, monitor and implement changes that improvement service delivery and outcomes for residents

Qualifications

• RMN
• NMC Registered
• Evidence of personal and professional development
