Providing one to one or small group support for pupils with a range of SEND
Helping to build a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
Working closely with teachers and SENCOs to adapt tasks and routines
Supporting communication, emotional regulation and independence
Celebrating progress in all its shapes and sizes
What we are looking for
Experience supporting children with SEN, or a strong interest in moving into SEN work
A calm, patient communicator who builds trust easily
Someone who brings positivity into busy classrooms
A team player who is happy to get involved and stay proactive
Reliable, compassionate and ready to make a genuine difference from day one

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
