Looking for a fresh start in the new year? We’re working with a welcoming secondary school in Leeds who are on the lookout for a passionate Science Teacher to join their team from January.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves bringing Science to life, whether you’re an experienced teacher or an ECT ready to hit the ground running. You’ll be stepping into a supportive department where curiosity is encouraged, questions are celebrated and no two lessons feel the same.

The role

  • Teaching Science across KS3 and KS4

  • Planning engaging, well-structured lessons that spark interest and confidence

  • Creating a positive, inclusive classroom where students feel supported

  • Working closely with a friendly, collaborative Science team

What we’re looking for

  • Qualified Teacher Status, or working towards it

  • A genuine enthusiasm for Science and education

  • Strong classroom presence with a calm, encouraging approach

  • Someone reliable, reflective and keen to make a difference

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
