The special Care team offers residential care for those who need help with daily tasks, nursing care for people who have complex medical needs, and respite care to give family or friends a well-earned break.

 

As a Nurse your day to day duties include:

·         Ensure all elements of resident experience are positive, from admission to discharge

·         Ensure the highest possible standards of care, assessing residents' needs and wishes, and developing services to enhance their quality of life.

·         Build the positive reputation of the Business; liaise professionally with visitors and other external stakeholders

·         Participate knowledgably and professionally to all inspection visits, ensuring your team is ready at all times to do the same

·         Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines – identify, investigate and resolve risks proactively

·         Act as a reflective and developmental practitioner participating to continual professional development and meeting the requirements of professional revalidation

 

An ideal Nurse must have these skills as they are beneficial for this position:

·         Provide both residential and nursing care to older people who have dementia.

·         Able to show empathy and warmth

·         A bubbly and outgoing personality

·         Dementia experience

·         Able to write care plans

·         Assist in assessments

·         Clinical skills

·         Able to show a can-do attitude always

 

The successful Nurse for this role will be paid a competitive salary of £14.35 per hour and the annual salary for this position is for £32,832.80. This exciting position is for Full Time on Nights only. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
