An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Group Administrations Manager to make all care homes across South of the UK commercially successful. You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers

An experienced senior administrator to lead and mentor care home administrators, predominantly across the South of the UK. You will be helping to provide effective and professional administration services within our homes, streamlining our processes and implementing projects including IT projects

As the Group Administrations Manager your key duties include:

·        Take responsibility for the efficient running, training and improvement of the Group’s administrative function

·        Offer a high level of best practice support to the Group’s Home Administrators to ensure the smooth running of the Group’s care homes

·        Make sure all required data is provided by the homes accurately and in real time

·        Promote the Group’s individual caring image in a professional, efficient and polite manner

·        Support the Homes in meeting and or exceeding their budget by improving reporting and collections

·        Understand the regulatory environments and requirements of the CQC and the Home Office

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

·        Important to have an empathy with the elderly

·        Have effective communication skills with all people involved in the Group

·        A confident telephone manner

·        An ability to promote the Home is an essential requirement

·        Must have worked as a Regional Home Administrator in the care home industry

·        Ideally you will have some experience of managing projects

·        Proven organisational skills

·        PC literacy (Windows, MS Office, e-mail and professional care systems)

·        Must be a driver

The successful Group Administrations Manager will receive an excellent salary of £45,000 per annum. This exciting position is a Full Time role working through Days *there maybe some overnight stays* In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
