Night Nursing Co-ordinator

A fantastic new opportunity has arisen for a Night Services Co-ordinator to join our Management Team for Night Services at a leading mental health hospital in the Roehampton area.

The successful candidates will be a seasoned professional preferably with experience gained working as the senior nurse on duty (SNOD). This role involves the co-ordination of the quality and management of nursing care, patient care and the clinical environment plus responsibility for staffing, participating fully with the multidisciplinary team and undertaking direct patient care.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £42,000 to £45.500 per annum plus a range of fantastic benefits for a full time role working 37.5 hours per week.

This role involves the co-ordination of the quality and management of nursing care, patient care and the clinical environment plus responsibility for staffing, participating fully with the multidisciplinary team and undertaking direct patient care.

Requirements:

·         RMN qualified and NMC registered

·         patient centric with a commitment to delivering high quality care

·         Finely tuned decision-making skills, communication skills and organisational capacity

·         flexibility and a can-do attitude

Must have a nursing degree and full registration as a mental health nurse (RMN) together with a minimum of two years post registration experience and evidence of continuous professional development
