A brilliant new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Senior Physiotherapist – Neurological to work in a reputable, exceptional private hospital based in the South Kensington, London area. You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers

This is private hospitals which offers treatment for both adults and children, and are dedicated to providing world-class care to patients

**To be considered for this position you must hold a HCPC Registration** 

As the Senior Physiotherapist your key responsibilities include:

·        Act as a resource of specialist advice for patients, clients and colleagues within the scope of your experience and knowledge and participate in the overall day to day management and development of the Therapy Department

·        Participate in hospital and departmental processes that support and encourage professional and personal development of you and your colleagues

·        Work flexibly during the week to accommodate before and after school appointments for patients, within reason. You will have an opportunity to participate in the ad-hoc paediatric weekend service

·        Provide appropriate information, education and support for your client group and their carers

·        Establish and maintain efficient communication within the multi-disciplinary team. This includes verbal, non-verbal, or written communication, both in expression and active listening, to facilitate accurate comprehension of information

·        Maintain accurate, comprehensive, and timely patient treatment records and reports in line with local and national requirements for best management of the patient

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

·        Advanced skills in the assessment and treatment of people with neurological conditions and complex multipathologies

·        Advanced knowledge and understanding of the NSF for Stroke, Stroke guidelines, and relevant NICE guidelines

·        Assertive, articulate and polite

·        Good communication and strong interpersonal skills

·        Interest in personal development & updating skills

The successful Senior Physiotherapist will receive an excellent salary of £44,500 - £48,613 per annum. This exciting position is a Full Time role for 37.5 hours a week on Days from Monday-Friday. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
