Specialising in the management and treatment of mental health problems including addictions and eating disorders, our multidisciplinary team deliver personalised treatment programmes and have established an excellent reputation for providing the highest standards of care.

Excellent job opening for Registered Mental Nurse Deputy Manager to work in Addictions & Acute Service. As a deputy manager you will take an active role in managing the ward under supervision of the Ward Manager for 9 months, and take charge in their absence. You will also have proven leadership skills along with a strong drive to develop yourself and the dedicated nursing team

You will directly participate in patient care offer a high standard of both customer and patient care.

This role is a clinical position, and you will work clinical shift patterns, as a visible leader. You will receive 1 shift a week as a protected supernumery day to ensure you are balancing clinical and managerial workload.
