RGN Clinical Lead

An exciting position has arisen for a Registered General Nurse Clinical Lead. The service is a 46 bedded care home which is based in Eglinton.

The Home specialises in providing high quality nursing and respite care for people with physical disabilities.

This is a full time role and the successful candidate will receive an excellent salary of £15+ per hour dependent on experience.

The skills required for this role are:

·         Managerial skills

·         Good leadership skills

·         Good understanding of nursing

·         Excellent clinical skills

·         must be a strong leader

·         very good clinical skills For clinical lead

·          good clinical hands on skill,

·         know what makes a good care plan,

·          know about pressure sores, audits, wound care

In order to be considered for this role you must be a Registered Nurse with similar experience.
