**To be considered for this role you must be qualified as an Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin** 

As a Staff Nurse your key duties include

·        Participate in the assessment, development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care, providing specialist advice within the clinical area

·        Manage the nursing care of patients in accordance with the agreed policies of the private Hospital, ensuring appropriate use of resources and safety of patients

·        Maintain a high standard of patient care by the practice of a systematic approach to individualised patient care

·        Develop clinical practice and professional competence

·        Work and liaise with consultant users and other disciplines as appropriate within the hospital, always striving to provide high quality service

·        Promote and implement the requirements of the hospital and Clinical Governance framework

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

·        An ability to deliver high standards of patient care   

·        Enthusiastic and empathetic character promoting positive attitude at work   

·        Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business

·        Deliver a good working knowledge & compliance with CQC Standards /KLOEs and NICE guidance

·        Be part of the On-Call rota providing support for ward out of hours

The successful Staff Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £27,500 - £33,000 per annum. We currently have vacancies for both days and night shifts available. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
