

Deputy Manager
An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Deputy Manager to manage in an exceptional well being centre based in London. As a Deputy Manager you will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers.
This centre specialises in delivering expert mental health support for a range of conditions including depression, anxiety, stress, addictions and eating disorders. The centre also specialises in a cutting-edge depression treatment, repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS)
As a Deputy Manager your day to day duties include:
· Responsibility for overseeing the operational administrative functions of the centre
· Being at the forefront of our customer experience delivering high standards of unparalleled service throughout the patient journey
· Line management responsibilities for the Centre Administrators on site
· Handling complaints as company policy
· Financial duties including petty cash, purchase requests and invoicing
· Collecting and reviewing data, as well supporting the Centre Manager with business promotion.
An ideal Deputy Manager must have these skills as they are beneficial for this position:
· Experience of working in customer facing environments
· Have exemplary customer service skills
· Highly organisational
· Able to show a can-do attitude always
The successful Deputy Manager will receive an excellent salary of £28,000 per annum. This exciting position is a Full Time role working for 37.5 hours a week. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
