

Staff Nurse - Ward
An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Staff Nurse - Ward to work in an exceptional hospital based in the Mile End, Colchester area. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers
This hospital has a great reputation for delivering high quality private hospital treatments and services. The hospital has a tradition of working closely with Consultants and patients to ensure the best quality healthcare is consistently being delivered
**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as an RGN Nurse with a current active NMC Pin**
As a Staff Nurse your key duties include:
· Participate in the assessment, development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care, providing specialist advice within the clinical area
· Manage the nursing care of patients in accordance with the agreed policies of the private Hospital, ensuring appropriate use of resources and safety of patients
· Maintain a high standard of patient care by the practice of a systematic approach to individualised patient care
· Develop clinical practice and professional competence
· Work and liaise with consultant users and other disciplines as appropriate within the hospital, always striving to provide high quality service
· Promote and implement the requirements of the hospital and Clinical Governance framework
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
· HDU skills is an advantage
· Specialised post-surgery experience preferred but not essential
· Willingness to learn and grow in the role
· Responsible for the delivery of the highest standards of care & services
The successful Staff Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £28,500 - £34,000 per annum. We currently have vacancies for both days and night shifts available. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
