Our Client are one of the UK's leading health care providers and they are seeking for a motivated RGN, RMN or RNLD to work in a large care home based in Newmarket, with a great number of beds and with dual nursing and residential care. The home also has a specialist dementia unit.

As a nurse we are expecting from you to prescribe, deliver and supervise the execution of excellent standards of care and to lead a care team promoting rehabilitation and independence, together with dignity and respect, such that the lives of homes residents is as they would wish it, and choose it, to be.

As a Nurse your day to day duties include:

·         Champion appropriate independence and personal choice; developing, reviewing and updating care plans to meet our residents physical, social and psychological needs

·         Ensure all elements of resident experience are positive, from admission to discharge

·         Participate knowledgably and professionally to all inspection visits, ensuring your team is ready at all times to do the same

·         Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines – identify, investigate and resolve risks proactively

·         Support, guide, teach and mentor others in line with the NMC Code, following its guidance at all times

An ideal Nurse must be a hardworking, confident individual and must have these skills and knowledge as they are beneficial for this position:  

·         The ability to lead a team, analyse problems and propose solutions or improvements

·         Respectful of the values, views and needs of others 

·         Able to work under pressure and prioritise workload

The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £16.00 per hour and the annual salary for this position is £36,608.This exciting position is for 44 hours a week.. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
