We have a fantastic opening for a  Sister/Charge Nurse based in the Newry area to work with one of the UK’s leading healthcare provider.

Roles and responsibilities of a charge nurse:

·         They must have the ability to manage a busy ward environment on an ongoing basis and be committed to providing the highest quality of care to patients.

·         They must have interpersonal skills of the highest order to liaise with numerous professionals.

·         They must also be able to demonstrate the ability to work autonomously whilst ensuring the highest quality standards are achieved at the ward level.

·         Must have good delegation skills, crisis management, must have experience of working with female patients

You must be qualified as a Registered Nurse and be Registered with the NMC.
