This beautiful Care Home offer residential care for people who need help with daily tasks, nursing care for those who have complex medical needs, and respite care to give family or friends a well-earned break.

 

As a Nurse your day to day duties include; 

·         Ensuring all elements of resident experience are positive, from admission to discharge.

·         Ensuring the highest possible standards of care.

·         Assessing residents' needs and wishes.

·         Developing services to enhance their quality of life.

·         Building the positive reputation of the Business.

·         Liaise professionally with visitors and other external stakeholders

·         Participate knowledgably and professionally to all inspection visits, ensuring your team is ready at all times to do the same.

·         Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines.

·         Identify, investigate and resolve risks proactively.

·         Act as a reflective and developmental practitioner by participating to continual professional development and meeting the requirements of professional revalidation. 

 

An ideal nurse must have these skills as they are beneficial to this position:

·         Similar levelled nursing experience

·         Excellent Clinical Skills

·         Ability to write Care Plans

·         Ability  to show Empathy and warmth

·         Ability to carry out general nursing tasks such as Peg feeding, wound care, phlebotomy etc.

The successful nurse will receive an excellent salary of £14.33 per hour. This exciting position is for 38.5 hours per week on days. In return for all your hard work and commitment you will receive these generous benefits.
