RGN OR RMN Deputy Manager

A Registered Deputy Manager is required to join a highly established Care Home that is located within Nottinghamshire.

The purpose built home specialises in providing palliative, respite, dementia and nursing care for younger adults and the elderly.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of from £16.50 - £17.50 with great additional benefits, working days or nights.

The ideal candidate would be positive, supportive, and motivational and have a caring manner which will be followed by your team. You’ll be driven by the desire to improve and develop your own skills and those around you. As a Deputy Manager you will have a keen eye for detail, always act with integrity and be driven by the principles of fairness.

·         Experience of managing a home

·         Good clinical skills

·         Good with nursing

·         Dementia awareness

Qualifications

Applicants must be RGN qualified and have at least 12 months experience of working in a similar role.

To be considered for this role you must have similar experience within a similar setting.
