An amazing new job has just opened for a committed Deputy Manager to work with one of the UK’s leading healthcare provider. As a Deputy manger you will be working in highly reputable service based in Nottinghamshire

 

The care team offers residential care for people who need help with daily tasks, as well as residential dementia care where we support our residents to maintain their independence and individuality, encouraging social activity and building relationships within the home. They also provide nursing care for those who have complex medical needs, and nursing dementia care provided by specialist teams trained in the complexities of looking after those living with dementia, who may also have other long-term medical conditions.

 

As the Deputy Manager your day to day duties include:

·         Positively influence the reputation of the home - communicating professionally and warmly with visitors including family, friends and other external stakeholders.

·         Assist the home manager – deputise in the overall management of the care home as required

·         Play an active role in ensuring compliance within the home – managing the implementation of company policies and regulatory requirements; striving to achieve the best possible care rating and other external recognition of quality

·         Take on an active leadership role – you will need to be a visible leader in the home supporting the operation of a twenty four hour business

·         Support the manager in disciplinary proceeding as required.
