New job opening for Registered Mental Nurse RMN to work  UK’s leading providers of independent specialist secure and step-down care across the UK. As a staff nurse you will be working with highly reputable  service within the Leeds area.

The prestigious service is locked rehabilitation recovery service for patients requiring an integrated treatment approach, focusing on active rehabilitation in order to progress into future community placements.

The successful candidate will be offered a salary of £24,240 - £28,785 per annum plus other great benefits.

As a Mental Health Nurse you will provide clinical support and care to service users with complex and enduring mental health needs, by assessing, developing, implementing and evaluating their nursing care plans to ensure that they are fully supported using person-centred care approaches.

 

Qualifications/Experience

 

To be successful an RMN, you’ll need

 Skills & Experience

• An understanding of care planning processes and experience of writing care plans
• Experience of working with service users with various mental health needs.
• Good communication skills both written and verbal
• The ability to contribute to, monitor and implement changes that improvement service delivery and outcomes for residents

Qualifications

• RMN
• NMC Registered
• Evidence of personal and professional development
