A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Ward Sister to work in an exceptional private hospital based in the Banbury, Oxfordshire area. You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care provider

 

This is a purpose built private hospital and has been designed to combine an exceptional standard of patient accommodation with the technical equipment and facilities that modern medicine demands

 

**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as an RGN Nurse with a current active NMC Pin or ODP with a HCPC registration**

 

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

·         An ability to deliver high standards of patient care   

·         Mentorship qualification desirable

·         Previous Clinical Supervisory experience 

·         Enthusiastic and empathetic character promoting positive attitude at work   

·         Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business

·         Deliver a good working knowledge & compliance with CQC Standards /KLOEs and NICE guidance

·         Be part of the On-Call rota providing support for ward out of hours
