An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Clinical Unit Manager to work in a exceptional care home based in the Paisley, Scotland area. You will be working for one of UK's leading healthcare providers

This care home provides palliative care, Parkinson's nursing, Dementia nursing and convalescence to very high standards to their patients

**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Nurse either RGN or RMN with a valid NMC Pin**

As the Clinical Unit Manager your key responsibilities include:

·         Be responsible for leading a team of nursing and care staff to ensure excellent standards of care

·         Plan rotas/recruit/train and mentor staff

·         Build strong relationships with local regulator/providers and Social Services

·         Comply to NMC guidelines with administration of medicine

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

·         You must have strong experience working in a Dementia environment

·         You must have at least 1 year's experience as a Senior Nurse or Sister

·         You must have a proven track record in delivering good care results

·         You must have a good understanding of CQC/CI and other regulatory bodies (DoLs/MCA)

The successful Clinical Unit Manager will receive an excellent salary up to £45,858 per annum. This exciting position is a Full Time role for 42 hours a week + 6 hours supernumerary working through Day Shifts only.
