aNew job opening for Deputy House Manager to work with one of UK’s leading healthcare company. As a deputy manager you will be working in highly reputed service based in Palgrave area.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £36,998 per annum with great additional benefits.

Our Deputy House Manager role involves:

•           Supporting the CHM with leading and managing junior nurses and healthcare workers

•           Ensuring the delivery of high quality care in rehab wards and low and medium secure wards, taking care of patients suffering from learning disability and mental disorder

•           Developing MDT relationships to optimise patient care

•           Following all codes of conduct, standards and legislation, respecting the rights of others and promoting ethical practice

 

•           Regular monitoring of planned care, and monitoring patient progress

•           Mentoring, supporting and supervision of junior staff within the team

•           Promoting best practice and safe staffing principles

 

To be successful as Deputy House Manager, you’ll need:

•           An RMN or RNLD qualification

•           Post-registration qualification of at least 2 years

•           Experience of managing a team within a similar setting, including rota management

•           A recognised mentoring certificate is desirable

•           The ability to work autonomously to support shared goals

•           A proven ability to co-ordinate care, prioritise tasks and manage Health & Safety issues

•           The drive to learn and develop

•           A commitment to patient-centred care and to values-based and evidence-based practic

•           A flexible, positive, team-orientated approach
