Primary SEN Teaching Assistant – Long-Term Opportunity

Location: Peterlee
Pay: £90–£110 per day
Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term

We’re looking for a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join a primary setting where children’s needs are at the heart of everything.

You’ll work closely with pupils who need additional support to access learning, manage emotions and develop confidence.

The role:
• SEN support across the school day
• 1:1 and small-group work
• Supporting behaviour and engagement
• Encouraging independence and progress
• Being a positive role model for pupils

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
