We are currently seeking for a RMN or RNLD to become a Ward Manager for a hospital. The Hospital is situated Pontypridd in South Wales. The hospital is an adult female only service for people with a learning disability and a mental health need. They may also have a diagnosis of a personality disorder or autism.

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the nursing team possess the skills, knowledge and motivation to offer and deliver the highest quality of care to our service users. Reporting to and working with the Clinical Services Manager, you will assist with the development of our services ensuring wards are run effectively, and the delivery of our exceptional standards of performance that have become synonymous with company.
