An exciting job opportunity has arisen for a committed Ward Manager to manage the Adult Female Ward in an exceptional clinic. As a Ward Manager you will be working for a company which is rated highly and has an excellent reputation in the Potters Bar area.

This special clinic offers CAMHS Tier 4 low secure services for young people with a wide range of disorders and complex needs. The aim is to deliver, treat and empower each young person to live a safe and independent life and reach their individual potential.

An ideal Ward Manager must have these skills as they are beneficial for this position:

·         NMC (Nursing & Midwifery Council Registered)

·         Extensive clinical and management experience

·         Fine tuned decision making skills

·         Effective organisational capability

·         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

·         Enthusiastic and motivated with a strong "can do " attitude

·         A role model to other staff - providing advice and support to promote   good practice

·         Enable and courage team members to expand and develop their own competencies

The successful Ward Manager will receive an excellent annual salary of £40,000 per annum. This exciting position is a Full Time role for 37.5 hours a week. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
