This special care home is designed for older people requiring residential and nursing care, and is finished to a high standard. The team of specialists ensure they all meet the resident’s individual care and social needs.

An ideal Night Nurse Lead must have these skills as they are beneficial for this position:

• RGN Qualified & NMC (Nursing & Midwifery Council) Registered
• Previous older peoples care experience, in particular caring for patients with dementia, is desirable
• Caring & compassionate with an excellent clinical track record
• Passionate about delivering outstanding care to older people
• Excellent organisation & leadership skills
• Effective communication skills
• Flexible, professional and committed to being the best
• Quality driven with a desire to continually improve yourself & our services

The successful Night Nurse Lead will be offered an excellent salary of £40,400. This exciting position is for 44 hours a week on nights. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
