

Night Nurse Lead
An amazing job opportunity has arisen for a motivated Night Nurse Lead to work with one of the UK’s leading healthcare providers. As a nurse you will be working in highly reputable service based in Lancashire.
This special care home is designed for older people requiring residential and nursing care, and is finished to a high standard. The team of specialists ensure they all meet the resident’s individual care and social needs.
As a nurse your day to day duties include:
•To be responsible for the assessment of the needs, development of programmes of care and for the implementation and evaluation of these programmes, ensuring that care activities are research based.
•To contribute to the management of the nursing services within the Home – taking charge of the Home when required.
•To provide a high standard of clinical nursing within the Home.
•To participate and contribute to the teaching requirements of the Home.
•To participate in setting, maintaining and monitoring nursing standards.
An ideal Night Nurse Lead must have these skills as they are beneficial for this position:
- RGN Qualified & NMC (Nursing & Midwifery Council) Registered
- Previous older peoples care experience, in particular caring for patients with dementia, is desirable
- Caring & compassionate with an excellent clinical track record
- Passionate about delivering outstanding care to older people
- Excellent organisation & leadership skills
- Effective communication skills
- Flexible, professional and committed to being the best
- Quality driven with a desire to continually improve yourself & our services
The successful Night Nurse Lead will be offered an excellent salary of £40,400.00 PA. This exciting position is for 44 hours a week. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
