Deputy Clinic Manager

An exciting position has opened for a Nurse Qualified Deputy Manager to join a fantastic Mental Health Hospital which is based in Reading.

The 10 bedded home specialises in young adults living with mental health conditions and challenging behaviour.

The successful Manager will receive a competitive salary of £31,000 per annum with great additional benefits.

The Deputy Clinic Manager is responsible for ensuring the provision of patient orientated high quality care by staff, which is fully conversant with all appropriate procedures. To participate in & actively encourage a multi-disciplinary approach to care; Provide clinical nursing expertise & ensure availability of help & support in provision of care; Ensure other personnel & agencies involved in patients care are aware of any special requirements; Maintain personnel & professional skills in line with NMC PREP guidelines; Encourage a positive culture.

To be considered for this role you must:

·        Be a Registered Mental Health Nurse

·        Have experience with mental health

·        Have senior management experience for at least 2 years

·        Have experience with mental health

To be considered for this role you must be a Registered Nurse with a current NMC pin and experience within a similar role.
