An amazing Job opportunity has just opened for a committed RGN, RMN, and RNLD, to work with one of UK's Leading Healthcare Providers within the UK. We are looking for a passionate and caring individual with a proven ability to lead, motivate and mentor a team within a highly reputable service based in Lancashire.
Our Client offers residential care for people who need help with daily tasks and residential dementia care where they support residents to maintain their independence and individuality, encouraging social activity and building relationships within the home. They also provide nursing care for people who have complex medical needs, and respite care to give family or friends a well-earned break.
As a Nurse your day to day duties include:
· Ensuring all elements of resident experience are positive, from admission to discharge.
· Ensuring the highest possible standards of care.
· Assessing residents' needs and wishes.
· Developing services to enhance their quality of life.
· Building the positive reputation of the Business.
· Liaise professionally with visitors and other external stakeholders
· Participate knowledgably and professionally to all inspection visits, ensuring your team is ready at all times to do the same.
· Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines.
· Identify, investigate and resolve risks proactively.
· Act as a reflective and developmental practitioner by participating to continual professional development and meeting the requirements of professional revalidation.
An ideal Nurse must have these skills as they are beneficial for this position:
· The ability to lead a team, analyse problems and propose solutions or improvements
· Ensure all elements of resident experience are positive, from admission to discharge
· Oversee all aspects of medicine management on your shift – ensuring medicines are appropriately received, stored and administered, in accordance with company policies and current legislation
· Respectful of the values, views and needs of others
· People Management experience
· Participate knowledgably and professionally to all inspection visits, ensuring your team is ready at all times to do the same.
· Promote a cohesive team approach and a welcoming atmosphere to ensure staff members feel a connection to our residents and the home, and they are well supported to deliver high quality care.
The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary £14.65 per hour and the annual salary for this position is £25,139.40. This exciting position is for 33 hours a week on Day Shifts only. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
