Our client is one of the leading Healthcare Providers that are currently seeking Manager to lead a team within a reputable Nursing Home located in Rugby, Warwickshire.
The home offers personalised nursing and dementia care for elderly patients within a scenic and tranquil environment.
If you are successful for this role you will receive a competitive salary of £17.00 - £18.00 per hour with great additional benefits.
As a Lead Manager you will need to ensure the service provides a caring and effective environment for the residents by delivering the highest quality of care.
Your responsibilities will be to:
· Act as the Lead Advocate for the team to deliver quality and improvement in dementia care
· Identify and address the clinical, health and social needs of the residents, ensuring independence and choice
· Develop and lead a care path for the management and care of the service users
· Be innovative in service delivery for service users
· Provide clinical leadership and take responsibility for the assessments of care that will be required through planning, documenting and ongoing assessment
· Effectively assess and manage risks and issues relating to the service
· Deliver the accurate administration of medicines as required by residents
· Continuously evaluate care plans regularly in regards to the changing physical, psychological and social needs of the residents
· Assist with training and development of the staff team
Requirements:
· Qualified Registered General Nurse or Registered Mental Health Nurse
· Have strong dementia experience
· Experience within a leadership/managerial position
· Good clinical skills
· Have the ability to manage people effectively
To be considered for this role you must be a qualified RGN or RMN/RMHN with experience within a leadership/managerial role.
