Role Overview:

We are currently recruiting Bank Healthcare Workers to join our growing team. As a bank worker, you will have the flexibility to choose when and where you work, helping provide essential care and support to individuals in residential, nursing, or community settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality personal care and support to service users in line with their care plans

Promote dignity, choice, and independence at all times

Assist with daily living activities, including washing, dressing, and meal preparation

Administer or assist with medication where required (subject to training and competency)

Keep accurate and up-to-date records of care and observations

Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, families, and other team members

Follow health and safety guidelines and safeguarding policies at all times

Requirements:

Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent

At least 6 months of recent experience in a healthcare or support role

Up-to-date mandatory training (e.g., Moving & Handling, Safeguarding, Infection Control)

A caring, compassionate, and reliable nature

Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently

Flexibility to work various shifts including days, nights, and weekends

Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one)
