

Nurse
An exciting job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated RGN, RMN or RNLD to join an exceptional care home service based in Sheffield. As a Nurse you will be working for one of UK's Leading Health Care providers.
The care team offers many
care types, including residential care for people who need a little help
with daily tasks, as well as residential dementia care, where they support residents to
maintain their independence and individuality, encouraging social activity and
building relationships within the home. They also provide nursing
care for those with complex medical needs, and respite care to give family or friends a well-earned
break.
As a Nurse your day to day duties
include:
· Champion appropriate independence and personal choice; developing, reviewing and updating care plans to meet our residents physical, social and psychological needs
· Ensure the highest possible standards of care, assessing residents' needs and wishes, and developing services to enhance their quality of life
· Build the positive reputation of the Business; liaise professionally with visitors and other external stakeholders
· Oversee all aspects of medicine management on your shift – ensuring medicines are appropriately received, stored and administered, in accordance with company policies and current legislation
· Support, guide, teach and mentor others in line with the NMC Code, following its guidance at all times
· Ensure you follow a rigorous monitoring and recording practice; documenting efficiently, and thoroughly all matters relating to residents and employees
An ideal Nurse must have these skills as they are beneficial for this position:
· The ability to lead a team, analyse problems and propose solutions or improvements
· Able to communicate effectively and to develop professional relationships
· Respectful of the values, views and needs of others
· Understands and effectively uses IT and communication systems required for the role
· Able to work under pressure and prioritize workload
· Experience of delivering nursing care within elderly health care sector
The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £14.64 per hour and the annual salary is £33,496.32. This exciting position is a Full Time role for 44 hours a week on Day Shifts only. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
